The classic Pite is considered to be the Pite with ground beef. The meat is sauteed with onions and seasoned with salt and sweet paprika. Enveloped in our crispy, airy dough, the result is a wonderful taste.

You like cheese? Then you’ll love our Pite with shepherd’s cheese. For this vegetarian Pite we use a shepherd’s cheese made from cow’s milk, produced in the Zurich Oberland. Free-range eggs add a mild note to our tangy cheese filling.
