A traditional taste experience – pite with leek. We use fresh Swiss leeks for this vegan pite. Intense flavor, simple and good. Our dough is rolled out by hand wafer-thin and topped with the tasty filling. In a demanding process, our pite is then rolled into the traditional snail shape.

Remove the pite from the carton packaging as well as the vacuum bag. Then place the frozen pite on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven. Preheating the oven is not necessary.

Convection 220 degrees 25-30 min
Top and bottom heat 220 degrees 30-35 min

Allow the pite to cool slightly before serving. As a refreshing drink we recommend natural yogurt mixed with cold water (50/50 ratio) and a pinch of salt.

  • In the freezer at -18 degrees our pite can be kept for at least 4 months. (See best before date on the packaging).
  • After thawing, the pite should not be refrozen.
  • It can be kept in the refrigerator at a maximum of 5 degrees for a maximum of 1 day.
