Pite with Cheese

for 2 persons | Ø 24cm | min. 700g

29.90 CHF

If you like cheese, you will love our pite with shepherd’s cheese. For this vegetarian cheese filling we use a shepherd’s cheese made in the Zurich Oberland from Swiss cow’s milk. Free-range eggs from the region as well as low-fat quark give the flavorful cheese a mild note. Our dough is rolled out by hand wafer-thin and topped with the tasty filling. In a demanding process, our pite is then rolled into the traditional snail shape.

Remove the pite from the carton packaging as well as the vacuum bag. Then place the frozen pite with the underlying baking paper on a baking tray and put it in the center of the oven.
Preheating the oven is not necessary.

Circulating air 220 degree 30-35 min
Top and bottom heat 220 degree 35-40 min

Before serving, let the pite cool slightly.
As a refreshing drink we recommend natural yogurt mixed with cold water (50/50 ratio) and a pinch of salt.
