Full flavor, without animal ingredients – that’s what our pite with zucchetti offers. For the filling of this vegan pite we use fresh zucchetti, carrots and onions from the region as well as salt. Our dough is rolled out by hand wafer-thin and topped with the tasty filling. In a demanding process, our pite is then rolled into the traditional snail shape.

Remove the pite from the carton packaging as well as the vacuum bag. Then place the frozen pite with the underlying baking paper on a baking tray and put it in the center of the oven.
Preheating the oven is not necessary.

Before serving, let the pite cool slightly.
As a refreshing drink we recommend natural yogurt mixed with cold water (50/50 ratio) and a pinch of salt.

- After thawing, the pite should not be refrozen.
- It can be kept in the refrigerator at a maximum of 5 degrees for a maximum of 1 day.
