Full flavor, without animal ingredients – that’s what our pite with zucchini offers. For the filling of this vegan pite we use fresh zucchini, carrots and onions from the region as well as salt. Our dough is rolled out by hand wafer-thin and topped with the tasty filling. In a demanding process, our pite is then rolled into the traditional snail shape.

Die Pite aus der Kartonverpackung sowie der Vakuumfolie nehmen. Danach die gefrorene Pite mit dem darunterliegenden Backpapier auf ein Backblech legen und in die Mitte des Backofens schieben.
Ein Vorheizen des Backofens ist nicht notwendig.

- After thawing, the pite should not be refrozen.
- It can be kept in the refrigerator at a maximum of 5 degrees for a maximum of 1 day.
