Often underestimated and yet appreciated by many – the white cabbage. For this vegan pite, we boil the sliced white cabbage in soy milk. This creates a mild and unique taste. Our dough is rolled out by hand wafer-thin and topped with the tasty filling. In a demanding process, our pite is then rolled into the traditional snail shape.

Remove the pite from the cardboard packaging and vacuum film. Then place the frozen pite on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven. Preheating the oven is not necessary.

Convection 220 degrees 25-30 min
Top and bottom heat 220 degrees 30-35 min

Allow the pite to cool slightly before serving. For a refreshing drink, we recommend natural yogurt mixed with cold water (50/50 ratio) and a pinch of salt.

  • In the freezer at -18 degrees our pite can be kept for at least 4 months. (See best before date on the packaging).
  • After thawing, the pite should not be refrozen.
  • It can be kept in the refrigerator at a maximum of 5 degrees for a maximum of 1 day.
