Shipping
Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. will be processed the same day and shipped via A-Post for CHF 9.90. Usually this means that the frozen pite will arrive to you the following day (Tuesday to Saturday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
We use dry ice for shipping our pite, for which we charge a dry ice flat rate of CHF 5.
The dry ice keeps our pite frozen for at least 24 hours.
NEW: If you cannot receive the delivery in person, the post office will deposit the package in the drop box or at the front entrance.
For orders over 80 CHF the shipping is free of charge.
We ship exclusively within Switzerland.

The payment will be debited immediately at the time of the order. Payment processing takes place in seconds and the highest level of security is ensured by means of two-factor authentication.

Dry ice
To keep our pite frozen during shipment, we use dry ice as a coolant. In this case, the dry ice is placed in a dry ice envelope and packed along with it in the insulating shipping bag. Care must be taken when handling dry ice, which is why we have placed warning labels on our packaging.
Disposal
For the sake of the environment, we rely on sustainable solutions for our packaging. When disposed of correctly, our packaging is all recyclable and can usually be taken to collection points free of charge.
