Considering that our products are frozen foods and this implies short delivery times, a break in the cold chain can cause the products to thaw and spoil. If the delivered goods are defective at the time of delivery or if there is a wrong delivery, we will provide a replacement delivery if possible or we will refund the damaged products. <\/span>Confirmed orders cannot be changed or cancelled and the delivered products cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prices are quoted net in Swiss francs (CHF).<\/span><\/p>\n

        Any shipping costs, where not otherwise provided for, will be charged additionally and are to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are shown separately in the ordering process.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Technical changes, errors and misprints are reserved, in particular Te Nana GmbH can make price changes at any time and without prior notice. The sales prices do not include consulting and support services.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Contract conclusion<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The products and prices on this website are considered non-binding offers.<\/span><\/p>\n

          With the order via this website including the acceptance of these GTC, the customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. Te Nana GmbH will then send an automatic order confirmation by email, which confirms that the offer of the customer has been received by Te Nana GmbH. Placed orders are binding for the customer. Unless otherwise noted, there is no right of return or withdrawal.<\/span><\/p>\n

          The contract is concluded as soon as Te Nana GmbH sends a declaration of acceptance by email, in which the shipment of the ordered products or services is confirmed.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Orders will be shipped only after full payment has been received (exception: delivery against invoice) and if the goods are available. If it turns out that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered completely, Te Nana GmbH is entitled not to accept or to execute the order or only partially. In such a case Te Nana Ltd. will inform the customer by email. If the customer’s payment has already been received by Te Nana GmbH, the payment will be refunded to the customer. If payment has not yet been made, the customer shall be released from the obligation to pay.<\/span><\/p>\n

          1. Payment options and retention of title<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            The customer has the payment options specified in the order process.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Te Nana GmbH reserves the right to exclude customers from individual payment options or to insist on prepayment without giving reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n

            The products delivered to the customer remain the property of Te Nana GmbH until full payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Delivery, duty to inspect, notice of defects <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Deliveries are sent by mail or courier service to the address specified by the customer in the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

              Te Nana GmbH strives to keep delivery times as short as possible. However, any delivery periods stated in the order confirmation are non-binding. Te Nana GmbH is entitled to make partial deliveries. In this case, the shipping costs are charged to the customer only once.<\/span><\/p>\n

              The dispatch of the invoice, as far as delivery against invoice is offered, takes place after choice of Te Nana GmbH by email or on the post office way. <\/span><\/p>\n

              If the supplier does not find a recipient for the delivery at the time and address specified in the order, the supplier deposits the goods and the package at the front door or mailbox.<\/span><\/p>\n

              The customer is obligated to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt of the delivery and to report any defects for which Te Nana GmbH provides a warranty immediately in writing by letter or email to the address in the <\/span>

                Te Nana Ltd. strives to deliver goods of impeccable quality. It is at the discretion of Te Nana GmbH to provide warranty by equivalent replacement or by refund of the purchase price. Further warranty rights are excluded.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Te Nana GmbH is not able to give assurances or guarantees for the topicality, completeness and correctness of the data as well as for the constant or undisturbed availability of the website, its functionalities, integrated hyperlinks and further contents. In particular, no representation is made or warranty given that the use of the website will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by Te Nana GmbH.<\/span><\/p>\n
